Shipping policy
Processing & Order Cutoff Time
All orders placed before 3:00pm (Pacific Time) are prepared the same day and shipped the following morning between 9:00am and 11:30am. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be prepared the next day and shipped the morning after. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or major holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Perishable Items
All baked goods are freshly prepared and shipped via FedEx or UPS using 1–2 day delivery services only, to ensure your order arrives fresh. We do not ship perishable items via standard ground services to states outside California. We currently ship perishable items to all 50 states. However, for best quality, we recommend selecting overnight or 2-day shipping for destinations outside California.
Non-Perishable Items
Non-perishable items ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Delivery times vary by destination and selected service.
In-Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at 928 Silverado St, La Jolla, CA 92037. Orders are available for pickup the next morning from 9:00 AM. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to pick up.
- Orders placed before 3:00pm (Pacific Time) are prepared the same day and will be ready for pickup the next morning from 9:00am.
- Orders placed after 3:00pm will be prepared the following day and will be ready for pickup the morning after, from 9:00am.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hj@brickandbell.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
